1. Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
- Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (additional charges apply)
- Same-Day Delivery: Available in select cities (order before 12 PM, subject to availability)
Note: Delivery times may vary based on your location and item availability. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Charges
- Express and same-day delivery charges calculated at checkout
- Tracking information will be sent to your registered email/SMS once your order is shipped
3. Delivery Partners
We work with trusted courier services to ensure timely and secure delivery. Signature or OTP verification may be required upon delivery.
Returns Policy
1. Easy Returns
You can return most products within 7 days of delivery if:
- The item is unused, in original condition and packaging
- You have proof of purchase (invoice/receipt)
- There are no signs of damage or wear caused by the customer
2. How to Return
To request a return:
- Send your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable)
- We’ll review your request and provide return instructions within 24–48 hours
3. Return Pickup
- Return pickups are available in select areas
- In other cases, you may need to ship the item back to our return address
4. Refund/Exchange Options
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the item
- You can also opt for store credit or exchange, subject to product availability
5. Items Not Eligible for Return
- Opened accessories like chargers or earphones (unless faulty)
- Products damaged after delivery
- Services or digital products
- Items returned without original packaging
